Do i need to make a reservation?

No reservation or booking is needed, drop in anytime we are open to paint! We suggest you plan for a 2-hour visit, at least.

what is the cost of coming in?

Our pieces are priced to include all associated costs (paint, firing, supplies), so the list price would be the whole cost (+ tax).

Our pieces range from $14-$100+ and are priced based on size + any accessories (such as plug-ins, lights, etc.).

when do we get our pottery back?

It’s important to note that you will leave your work with us when it is finished. Firing takes up to 3 weeks.

Please check your voicemail or give us a call if you haven't heard from us by 3 weeks after painting. We will call for pottery pick-ups.

What happens if you don't pick up pottery?

If pottery is not picked up by 3 months after firing, you will get 1 phone call as a reminder, and then your pottery will be disposed of 1 week later. There are no refunds for missed pick-ups. 

How long does it take?

The amount of time it takes to paint in our studio is dependent on the piece you choose and how much detail you add.
We typically advise to plan for 2+ hours.

Don’t worry! - We have music, a cafe, and an inviting atmosphere to keep you happy as long as you are with us.

Don’t have enough time to finish? Take your piece home and come back to finish at another date! ( No additional fees for this)

What if I don't like the way it turns out?

We do not offer refunds for the aesthetics pottery after it has been fired. Unfortunately if you're unhappy with your painting results you might have to try again, practice makes perfect! 

Ceramics - especially stoneware - can sometimes be a bit of a surprise with how it turns out!

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We sell physical gift cards for purchase at the studio

Do you offer take-home kits?

We sure do! You can purchase a take-home kit in-store during our open hours Tuesday - Sunday.

Can I request specific items for painting?

Yes! We cannot promise we're able to find exactly what you're looking for but we can try our best! 

If you want a specific item for an event pleas contact us 6-8 weeks before, as our shipments can take a long time to come in!
